摘　　要：教育数据正在以前所未有的态势海量增长,其中隐藏着重要价值,将教育数据转化为有价值的知识,以促进教学决策,改进教学实践,是智能时代远程教育教师面临的重大挑战。通过梳理数据素养的概念和研究内容,进而对教师数据素养内涵进行解析,并厘清教师数据素养发展脉络,将其分为三个阶段:探索阶段、研究内容扩大阶段、研究对象深入阶段。在此基础上探究了远程教育教师数据素养的实然困境和研究展望,为远程教育教师数据素养研究提供借鉴和参考。Educational data is growing at an unprecedented rate,which hides important value.Converting educational data into valuable knowledge to facilitate teaching decision-making and improve teaching practice is a major challenge for distance education teachers in the intelligent age.By sorting out the development of teacher data literacy,analyzing the connotation of teacher data literacy,clarifying the development context of teacher data literacy,and exploring the real dilemma and research prospects of distance education teacher data literacy,this paper provides a foundation for distance education teacher data literacy research.
