摘　　要：“健康中国”战略部署提出的“大健康观”,对基层、社区、养老领域卫生人才的培养提出了时代新要求,皖西卫生职业学院针对教师改革中存在的问题,对接乡村医师、社区卫生人员、养老护理员等岗位提出以项目化课程教学改革为切入点,以教师教学能力发展为目标,以教学能力大赛和教学改革测评为两项抓手,以“双师”工程、新秀名师、教学团队三大项目为载体,搭建校本培训、资源共享、工作坊实践和数据监控四个平台,从德行、理论、技能、创新、协作等五个层面开展评比,创建“树形”教师培养体系,为培养适应新时代医学高职院校结构化、创新型教学团队提供了开创性思路。The“big health view”proposed by the strategy of“Healthy China”puts forward the new requirements for the training of health talents at the grass-roots level,in the community and in the elderly care field.In view of the problems existing in the teacher reform,our college proposes to take the project-based curriculum reform as the starting point and practice to improve the teaching ability of rural doctors,community health personnel and elderly teaching staff.With teachers’teaching ability development as the goal,teaching ability competition and teaching reform evaluation as two grippers,with“double-type teacher”project,top teacher,teaching team as the carrier,college-based training,resource sharing,the workshop practice and data monitoring platforms are set up,from virtue,theory,skills,innovation,collaboration five levels,“tree”teacher training system is created,to provide pioneering ideas for cultivating structured,innovative teaching team of medical vocational colleges.
