中国公共史学的两次启动及其展望

摘　　要：四十余年来,中国公共史学有过两次启动。第一次启动始于20世纪80年代中期,结合中国史学传统,学人在“史学危机”背景下对中国史学进行了深刻反思,得出应关注现实、走向大众,以知识为人民大众生活生产服务的学界共识。但是,由于缺少社会需求,技术条件不足和学风转变等因素,此次启动未能结出硕果。21世纪以来,人民群众对高质量历史文化产品的需求快速增加,中国公共史学得以第二次启动。由于党和政府的提倡、自媒体技术的加持和史学工作者的理性参与等有利因素汇集,二次启动的公共史学正在健康发展。作为自主的知识体系建构任务的内在要求,旨在解决历史知识应用与传播难题的公共史学未来可期。在优秀传统文化创造性转化、创新性发展的大背景下,通俗史学、影像史学、数字公共史学、物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产的保护与开发、社会管理与商业开发等领域将继续繁荣发展。Over the past forty years,public history has been launched twice in China.The first launch started in the mid-1980s.Combined with the tradition of Chinese historiography,scholars conducted a thorough reflection on the history discipline in the context of the"crisis of historiography"and reached an academic consensus that history should focus on reality.They went to the public and served people's lives and productions with knowledge.However,due to factors such as the lack of social demand,the underdevelopment of the technical conditions,and the changes in the academic trends,this launch of public history failed to succeed.After entering the 21st century,the people's demand for high-quality historical and cultural products has increased rapidly and scholars have paid attention to public history again.The second launch of public history is developing healthily,thanks to the convergence of favorable factors such as the advocacy of the Communist Party of China and the government,the support of socialmedia technology,the rational participation of historians.Driven by the internal demand to construct an independent knowledge system,the future of public history,which aims to sovle the problems of application and dissemination of historical knowledge,is promising.In the context of the creative transformation and innovative development of outstanding traditional culture,fields such as popular history,historiophoty,digital public history,the preservation and development of material and intangible cultural heritage,social management and commercial development will continue to flourish.
