摘 要:化学品船在运输结束后,需要对船舱进行清理,目前采用的是人工抽洗和强制通风相结合的方式,工作效率较低且对人员的人身安全有一定的隐患。如何采用机械设备替代人工进入船舱作业是企业的迫切需求。但是由于较小的舱口尺寸和较高的防爆等级,市面上清洁机器人都较难满足企业要求。为此,本文设计一款小型化学品船舱清洁机器人,底盘采用轮式驱动,整体采用隔爆型设计,满足IIC类电气设备防爆要求,整体尺寸较小,空载质量小于30kg,机器人采用远程遥控操作,有实时摄像功能,具有清理地面残余液体的吸盘机构和抹布机构,可以清理残余液体10L。该机器人的设计可以满足化学品船舱的清理需求。After the transportation of chemical ships,the cabin needs to be cleaned.At present,the combination of manual pumping and forced ventilation is used,which has low efficiency and certain hidden dangers to the personal safety.How to use mechanical equipment to replace manual operation into the cabin is an urgent need.However,due to the small size and high explosion proof requirements,no cleaning robot on the market is suitable for cabin cleaning.Therefore,a small chemical cabin cleaning robot is designed in this paper.The chassis is driven by wheels,and the overall design is explosion-proof,which is IIC electrical equipment.The overall size is small,and the no-load mass is less than 30kg.The robot adopts remote control,real-time camera,a suction cup mechanism and a rag mechanism,which is used to clean up the residual liquid on the ground.The robot can clean up 10L of residual liquid.The design of the robot can meet the cleaning needs of the chemical cabin.
