摘 要:“教育过程”是实现公平而有质量的教育的核心环节。农村子女教育过程的发展性障碍是我国城乡教育差距的重要表现。既有农村教育政策的过程性介入和系统性合力不足,使得农村子女教育过程的社会支持呈现碎片化特点。社会支持理论及系统建构为解决这一问题提供了新的视野。农村子女教育过程的社会支持系统是一种着眼于社会治理的教育策略,有助于缩小先赋性不足引发的过程性教育差距。这一社会支持系统以关注农村子女的过程性教育需求、提高农村子女学业成就和综合素质、推动城乡教育机会均等化、扩大教育选择权和提高教育选择能力为目标,持续优化政府、学校、家庭、邻里、社会等支持主体的多元性、平衡性和组合结构。其具体构建过程应以顺序性支持为原则、互动性支持为桥梁、发展性支持为主体、工具性支持为依托、情感性支持为纽带。从实施要点上看,应坚持顶层设计与政策支持的多维整合,引导学习态度与学习能力支持的家校共育,提升经济性教育支持的配合转化,并重视农村社会文化支持的独特地位。The“educational process”is central to achieving equitable and quality education.The developmental obstacles in the educationprocess of rural children are an important manifestation of educational disparities between urban and rural areas in China.However,due to the lack of process intervention and systematic force of the existing rural education policies,the social support for current rural children s education in China presents the characteristics of fragmentation.Social support theory and system construction provide a new thinking framework for solving this problem.Fundamentally speaking,the social support system of rural children s education process is an educational strategy focusing on social governance.From the perspective of function,it is helpful to narrow the gap of the process education caused by deficiency of the pre-endowment,and has the advantages of integration and effectiveness.From the objective point of view,we should pay attention to rural children s needsfor process education,improve their academic achievement and comprehensive quality,promote the equalization of educational opportunities between urban and rural areas,expand the educational choices and improve the ability ofchoosing education.From the perspective of subjects,we should continue to optimize the diversity,balance and combination of supporting subjects such as the government,schools,families,neighborhood and society.In terms of methods,sequential support should be taken as the principle,interactive support as the bridge,developmental support as the main body,instrumental support as the backing,and emotional support as the link.From the perspective of content,we should adhere to the multi-dimensional integration of top-level design and policy support,guide the home-school education supported by learning attitude and learning ability,improve the coordinated transformation of economic educational support,and attach importance to the unique position of rural cultural support.
