摘 要:本文通过采用文献研究法、调查研究法、数理统计法,对湘中幼儿师范高等专科学校300名师范生校园急救知识进行调查研究。研究发现,高职师范生校园急救常识欠缺,技能掌握程度较低;同时他们具有强烈学习和推广校园急救知识的意愿。鉴于此,高职师范院校应加大校园急救知识教育力度。一是将应急救护纳入学校人才培养方案,完善急救教育课程体系。二是培育一批具有急救技能的“双师型”教师。三是构建“1+X”课证融通课程体系。四是建设学校标准化急救技能训练实训室,创办学校急救技能培养社团。五是创建校园急救科普视频号。六是将急救知识进行细化并融入到各学科课堂教学中。七是构建校内课堂教学与校外卫生机构联合培养体系,即“I—O”培养模式。By means of literature research,investigation and statistics,this paper investigates the first aid knowl⁃edge of 300 normal students in Xiangzhong Normal College for Preschool Education and finds that higher vocational nor⁃mal students lack common sense of campus first aid and have a low mastery of skills,but they have strong willingness to learn and practice it.In view of this,higher vocational normal colleges should strengthen the education of campus first aid knowledge with the following approaches:improving the first aid education curriculum system by setting first aid as one of the courses in the school talent training program,cultivating“double-qualified”teachers with first aid skills,building the“1+X”curriculum and certificate integration system,establishing school standardized training rooms and the community of first aid skills training,running an emergency science popularization campus video account,integrat⁃ing first aid knowledge into curriculum teaching,constructing a joint training system of in-school classroom and out-ofschool health institutions--“I-O”training mode.
