摘　　要：为培养消防安全技术专业人才,服务于地方经济建设,重点开展建筑消防技术特色专业建设。首先,对消防特色专业建设背景进行分析,确定专业岗位面向,确立人才培养目标;然后,按照岗位为本、课程对接和完善专业课程体系,构建“三主体、三阶段、三环境、工学交替”人才培养模式,培养具备“三师型”素质的师资队伍,建设校企共建共享型实训基地等;最后,重点阐述特色专业建设路径实施方式,为培养行业急需的高素质技能型消防人才提供保障。In order to cultivate fire safety technology professionals and serve local economic construction,the construction of building fire protection technology characteristics is emphasized.The article first determines the professional position orientation through the background analysis of the construction of characteristic fire protection specialties,thereby determining the goal of talent training,and then builds a talent training model of"three subjects,three stages,three environments,and alternating engineering and learning"according to the post-oriented,course docking and improvement of the professional course system,cultivates a teaching team with"three divisions"quality,and builds a school-enterprise joint construction and shared training base,etc.,and finally focuses on the implementation method of the characteristic professional construction path to provide a guarantee for cultivating high quality skilled firefighting talents urgently needed by the industry.
