摘　　要：在光伏电池的电极制备技术中,半导体真空蒸镀/光刻/刻蚀等制备工艺均已成为过往,无论是上电极、下电极抑或是背电场,如今都已是网版印刷技术一统天下。In the electrode preparation technology of photovoltaic cells,semiconductor vacuum evaporation/lithography/etching and other preparation processes have become the past,whether it is the upper electrode or the back electric fi eld,it is now the dominant screen printing technology.
