摘  要:文中以某全承载式客车车身为研究对象,采集汽车试验场典型路况目标信号,并建立车身动力学模型。通过对车身骨架各重要部位的路面响应谱进行系统识别和虚拟迭代,得到与车身各连接点的激励谱。根据线性疲劳损伤理论对客车车身进行疲劳分析,预测疲劳缺陷部位和寿命,并与道路试验结果进行对比,验证疲劳分析的正确性。通过对危险部位进行结构改进延长了车身使用寿命,为结构设计与改进提供更可信的方案。In this article,with the focus on a bus body characterized by full load-bearing,the target signals of typical road conditions in the automobile test field are collected,and the dynamics model is set up for the bus body.The road response spectrum for the body frame's each important part is subject to systematic identification and virtual iteration;thus,the excitation spectrum of each point connected with the body is obtained.According to the linear fatigue damage theory,the fatigue analysis is conducted on the bus body;both the fatigue defect location and the fatigue life are predicted.The results obtained from the fatigue test are compared with those obtained from the road test.It is verified that the fatigue analysis is correct.Through the structural improvement of dangerous parts,the fatigue life of the bus body has improved,which provides a more reliable scheme for structural design and improvement.
