摘　　要：针对PLC控制系统中编写算法过程过于复杂的问题,本文基于PLCopen标准,结合Matlab强大的数值计算能力和灵活性的编程方式,研究了Matlab代码快速生成应用于PLC控制系统功能块的方法,从而解决PLC编程功能块或者库不开放的局限性。仿真和实验结果表明,该方法满足对PLC编程的实际需求。Aiming at the problem that the process of writing algorithm in PLC control system is too complicated,based on PLCopen standard,combined with Matlab's powerful numerical computing ability and flexible programming method,the method of Matlab code quick generation function block applied to PLC control system was studied.The problem was solved that the PLC programming function block or library is not open limitations.The simulation and experimental results show that this method meets the actual requirements of PLC programming.
