摘  要:本研究立足当前中国经济发展态势和中国竞猜型彩票业的发展现状,采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计等方法,从复合型销售人才培养素质要求的角度来寻找中国竞猜型彩票销售人员的差距与不足,研究发现中国竞彩销售人员存在的问题是:专门人才选育整体规划缺失,岗位认知固化、职业满意度低,岗位招聘渠道单一、高校人才通道封闭,员工从业效果考评体系未建立等;对不同层级竞猜型体育彩票业务主管部门及分管人员的深度访谈结论来分析当前中国竞猜型彩票销售人员存在问题的原因,通过胜任力理论中的知识、能力、价值情况三个能力要素来指导中国竞猜型彩票复合型销售人员选育体系的建立,最终切实解决中国竞猜型彩票发展过程中人才选育的实际问题。Based on the current trend of China's economic development and the development status of China's lottery industry,this study uses literature method,interview method,mathematical statistics and other methods to compare the gap and deficiency of China's lottery sales personnel from the perspective of the quality requirements of compound sales talent training,and finds that the existing problems of China's lottery sales personnel are:lack of overall planning for the selection and training of specialized talents,solidified job cognition,low career satisfaction,single job recruitment channels,closed talent channels in colleges and universities,and no evaluation system for employee employment effects.The knowledge of matching theory is used to analyze the reasons for the current problems of Chinese guessing lottery salesmen,and guide the establishment of China's betting lottery composite sales personnel selection system through the construction of competency model,and finally effectively solve the practical problem of talent selection in the development of China's guessing lottery.
