大学生社会体型焦虑、基本心理需求与体育课动机关系研究

摘  要:学校体育课是培养学生运动相关的认知、情意与技能,为学生在同伴面前展现身体能力与社会比较的机会,更是规律运动习惯养成的重要场域。研究旨在探讨大学生社会体型焦虑、基本心理需求与体育课的动机关系,以【内外在动机阶层模式】为指导,提出变量之间的假设模式。纵观大学体育课程的参与者,不同类型课程之间的研究结果并未存在差异,研究显示假设模型具有较好的适配度,个体社会体型体型焦虑越高,基本心理需求则表现的愈低;另外,基本心理需求越高体育课自我决定动机就愈高。结论:社会体型焦虑能够负向预测学生的体育课动机历程。建议:1)注重营造轻松、活跃的课程氛围,2)发挥学生的主观能动性,欣然接受学生个体间的差异;3)适当调整学生在体育课堂上的过程性评价比例,缩减总结性评价的比例分配。School physical education not only cultivates students cognition,emotion and skills related to sports,but also provides opportunities for students to show their physical ability and social comparison in front of their peers,which is an important field for the development of regular exercise habits.Based on[Hierarchical of Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivation Model],this study proposed a hypothesis model composed the relationship between college students'social physique anxiety,basic psychological needs and motivation in physical education.Looking at the participants of college physical education courses,there is no difference in the research results between different types of courses.The research shows that higher social physique anxiety related with lower basic psychological needs,higher basic psychological needs related with higher motivation for physical education classes.The results supported our hypothesis model that social physique anxiety has negatively influences on the motivation of students taking physical education classes.At last,we offer serveral suggestions from academic and practical perspective:1)Pay attention to creating a relaxed and active course atmosphere;2)Give full play to the subjective initiative of students and readily accept the differences among individual students;3)Properly adjust the proportion of students'process evaluation in physical education class,and reduce the proportion of summative evaluation.
