摘 要:以某铁路路堤沉降变形病害整治工程为背景,采用现场调查、原位测试、物探、沉降监测相结合的方法,查明路基沉降变形原因及部位,针对性提出加固设计方案,并进行沉降监测验证。结果表明:(1)根据相关测试,深埋砂层下的软弱下卧层采用预压为主的地基处理措施效果较好,但必须保证充足的预压时间;加强沉降评估工作,为路基预压是否可以卸载提供可靠指导。(2)于较厚砂层的营业线路堤坡脚附近进行旋喷桩施工,在应力释放孔等措施充足前提下,对营业线影响较小。(3)袖阀管注浆施工,为提高深层注浆质量,严格控制袖阀管注浆套壳料凝固时间不得小于14 d。With a railway embankment settlement deformation disease remediation project as the background,this paper uses the field investigation,in-situ testing,geophysical exploration,settlement monitoring and other methods combined to identify the causes and parts of subgrade settlement deformation,puts forward the reinforcement design scheme,and verifies the settlement monitoring.The results show that:(1)According to relevant tests,the foundation treatment measures based on preloading for the soft underlying layer under the deeply buried sand layer have a good effect,but sufficient preloading time must be guaranteed,and the settlement evaluation work must be strengthened to provide reliable guidance for whether the preloading of the subgrade can be unloaded.(2)Rotary jet grouting pile construction is carried out near the toe of the embankment slope of the business line with thick sand layer,which has little impact on the business line on the premise of sufficient measures such as stress relief holes.(3)For the sleeve valve tube grouting,in order to improve the quality of deep grouting,the solidification time of sleeve valve tube grouting casing material should be strictly controlled and not be less than 14 days.
