马克斯克鲁维酵母发酵人参对血压调节作用的初步研究

摘  要:高血压作为一种严重危害人类健康的疾病,目前常用的治疗手段为药物治疗,食疗的治疗方法却鲜为人知。普通人参在使用马克斯克鲁维酵母进行发酵后,可产生大量稀有人参皂苷Rg3,使其成为治疗高血压的潜在候选药物。该试验选取NPPA基因敲除鼠制作高血压模型,用发酵人参进行灌胃,探究其血压的变化。结果表明:经发酵人参灌胃后,小鼠血压明显降低,表明马克斯克鲁维酵母发酵人参的确具有调节血压的功效,这一发现为日后马克斯克鲁维酵母发酵人参被用于食疗治疗高血压提供了理论依据。Hypertension is a disease that seriously endangers human health.The common treatment is drug therapy,and the treatment method of diet therapy is little known.Common ginseng can produce large amounts of rare ginsenosides Rg3 after fermentation using Kluyveromyces marxianus,making it a potential candidate for the treatment of hypertension.In this study,NPPA gene knockout mice were selected to make hypertension models,and fermented ginseng was used for intragastric administration to investigate the changes of blood pressure.The results showed that the blood pressure of the mice decreased significantly after the gavage,which indicated that the ginseng fermented using K.marxianus does have the effect of regulating blood pressure,providing a theoretical basis for ginseng fermented using K.marxianus as an effective antihypertensive dietary product.
