摘 要:针对动压气浮永磁同步电机(Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor, PMSM)无传感器高稳定性转速控制难题,开展了基于正弦波驱动的双闭环控制研究。首先,设计了锁相环(Phase-locked Loop, PLL)转子位置估计器,实时估计转子位置;其次,提出了一种正弦波驱动方法,减小了转矩波动;最后,构建了电流环和速度环组成的电机闭环控制系统,提高了电机抗负载扰动能力和转速波动抑制能力。试验结果表明,永磁同步电机的转速平稳性达到了10-5量级。Aiming at the problem of sensorless high-stability speed control for hydrodynamic air bearing permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a dual closed-loop control based on sine-wave drive is studied.Firstly,the rotor position estimator based on phase-locked loop(PLL)is designed,which can estimate the rotor position in real time.Secondly,the scheme of sine-wave linear drive is proposed,which can reduce the torque ripple.Finally,the motor closed-loop control system composed of current loop and speed loop is constructed,which can improve the ability of anti-disturbance and speed fluctuation suppression.The experiment results show that the speed stability of PMSM reaches the order of 10-5.
