摘　　要：随着新医改和健康中国建设的推进,大众对健康的要求不断提升,临床药学专业成为国际药学发展的趋势和方向,承担着培养“懂医精药”高素质人才的重任。教学团队探索临床药学专业教育管理新模式与新理念,培养具有医学、药学和临床药学知识结构的专业人才。With the advancement of the new medical reform and the construction of a healthy China,the public's demand for health is continuously increasing.The clinical pharmacy profession has become a trend and direction in the international development of pharmacy,and it bears the responsibility of cultivating high-quality talents who understand medicine and are proficient in pharmacy.The teaching team explores new models and concepts for teaching management in the clinical pharmacy profession,aiming to cultivate professionals with a knowledge structure encompassing medicine,pharmacy,and clinical pharmacy.
