摘  要:推动各类主体深度参与职业教育是现代职业教育体系建设改革的关键。其中,以混合所有制为核心的职业教育办学模式改革逐渐成为推动多元主体办学的重要举措,也是近年来对职业教育领域的大胆创新。在混合所有制改革实践中,PPP模式(即政府与社会资本合作模式)的应用尤为广泛,在补充职业教育发展的关键要素、唤醒沉睡的存量资源方面,发挥着重要作用。立足于PPP项目在实践中的办学风险,并有针对性地提出应对策略,对于新时代下发挥职业教育对技能形成的功能,具有重要意义。Promoting the deep participation of various institutions in vocational education is the key to the construction and reform of modern vocational education system.Among them,the reform of school-running mode in vocational education with mixed ownership as the core has gradually become an important measure to promote the multi-participation school-running,and also a bold innovation in the field of vocational education in recent years.PPP mode(i.e.the cooperation mode between the government and social capital),is particularly widely used in practice,playing an important role in supplementing the key elements of vocational education development and awakening the dormant stock of resources.Analyzing the running risks of PPP projects in practice,and putting forward targeted countermeasures,it is of great significance for vocational education to play its role in skill formation in the new era.
