摘  要:针齿半径误差、针齿中心圆半径误差是影响RV减速器回差的重要因素,其误差组合方式也对RV减速器的回差产生影响。为研究不同误差组合的影响规律,分析回差的影响因素,建立回差计算模型。以RV-80E为例,建立RV减速器的三维模型和动力学模型,并进行不同误差组合下回差仿真分析。仿真分析与理论计算结果表明:回差的理论计算曲线与仿真曲线变化规律一致,随着针齿直径的增大而减小,随着针齿中心圆直径增大而增大。The error of needle tooth radius and the error of needle tooth center circle radius are important factors affecting the lost motion of RV reducer,and the error combination also affects the lost motion of RV reducer.To study the influence law of different error combinations,the influencing factors of lost motion were analyzed,and the calculation model of lost motion was established.Taking RV-80E as an example,the 3D model and dynamic model of RV reducer were established,and the lost motion simulation analyses under different error combinations were carried out.The simulation analysis and theoretical calculation results show that the theoretical calculation curves of lost motion are consistent with the simulation curves,which decreases with the increase of needle tooth diameter and increases with the increase of needle tooth center circle diameter.
