摘　　要：燕京萧氏妇科流派作为中医学术流派之一,不仅在中医临床和传承发展方面有所建树,在中医教育领域亦深耕有得。本流派历经多代传承至今,教育实践经验充实,尤其在办学育才、筹略兴医等方面较为出众。指导本流派践行中医教育的主要理念有“传道授术,修德明略”“重视国医,汇参中西”“教学同进,育才有法”等。As one of the academic schools of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),Xiao′s school of gynecology in Yanjing(an informal name for Beijing)has made achievements in not only TCM clinical practice as well as inheritance and development,but also TCM education.Passed down through multiple generations to today,this school of thought boasts rich experience in educational practice,especially in terms of school administration for talent cultivation,and strategic planning for medical development.The main principles underpinning its educational practice include“teaching both theories and skills,cultivating morality and making strategic planning”,“valuing TCM while integrating Chinese and Western medicine”,and“promoting both teaching and learning and cultivating talents in great ways”.
