摘 要:传统功法的正确习练,能够显著提升大学生身心素质,有效弘扬传统文化,是高校体育教学的重要组成部分。当前,传统功法类体育课程的教学,主要基于中医相关理论及教师示范带教而开展,但因其具有招式动作深奥、理论内涵抽象、训练方案模糊、评价方法偏于主观等特点,导致个体学习效果的差异性较为明显,不利于提高学生的整体练习成效。应用现代体育教学的理念与方法提升教学效果,同时从完善教师知识结构、融入高新技术手段、挖掘传统文化内涵等方面开展工作,是优化该类课程教学模式的可实施路径。Proper practice of traditional qigong,an important part of physical education(PE)in colleges and universities,can significantly enhance the physical and mental health of students,and popularize traditional Chinese culture.At present,the PE class of qigong is mainly based on theories of traditional Chinese medicine and teachers'demonstrations.Due to subtle qigong movements,abstract theoretical connotation,nonspecific training programs,and subjective evaluation system,the differences in individual learning outcomes are obvious,which is not conducive to improving the overall effects of students′practice.To this end,we can make use of the concepts and methods of modern PE for better teaching effect,improve the knowledge structure of teachers,apply high and new technologies,and explore the connotations of traditional Chinese culture to optimize relevant PE teaching.
