摘　　要：职业教育高质量发展离不开数字化科技的支撑。职业教育数字化转型作为新生形态已经“遇见问题”,基于霍克海默、马尔库塞的科技异化理论,可以预见职业教育在数字化转型过程中面临人的主体性缺失、辩证性思维受限、人本性压抑、人际关系恶化、科技更迭放缓等问题。从人的价值缺失出发到人的价值确立,从职业教育内部治理到职业教育外部治理,确立“以人为本”的职业教育新生态,可以有效“预见问题”,进而预防和解决职业教育数字化转型中的问题。High-quality development of vocational education cannot be achieved without the support of digitalization and other technologies.Based on Horkheimer's and Marcuse's theory of technological alienation,we can foresee the problems of human subjectivity deficiency,limited dialectical thinking,human nature suppression,deterioration of interpersonal relationship and slowdown of technological change in the process of transformation,and start from human value deficiency to human value establishment.From the lack of human values to the establishment of human values,from the internal governance of vocational education to the external governance of vocational education,a new ecology of human-centered vocational education can be established,which can effectively"anticipate problems"and prevent and solve the problems in the digital transformation of vocational education.
