提升知识产权人才培养质量路径探析

摘　　要：目前知识产权人才供给与需求之间的矛盾依然存在。高校培养的知识产权专业学生存在专业复合性程度不高、解决实际问题能力不足、国际视野有所欠缺等问题。原因在于学制设计、师资队伍、实践教学、国际合作等领域存在的不足。要提升人才培养质量,高校应提供多元学制设计以提升专业复合度,提供多元师资构成以实现产学研深度合作,提供多元实践环节以提升实务能力,提供多元合作机制以提升国际视野,从而培养德才兼备的知识产权高素质人才。At present,the contradiction between the supply and demand of intellectual property talents still exists.Students majoring in intellectual property cultivated by colleges and universities are not highly complex in their specialty,lack of capability to solve practical problems,and lack of international vision.The reason for this situation lies in the deficiencies in the fields of school system design,teaching staff,practical teaching and international cooperation.In order to improve the quality of talent cultivation,colleges and universities should provide multiple academic system design to enhance the degree of professional composition,provide multiple composition of teachers to achieve in-depth cooperation between production,university and research,provide multiple practical links to enhance practical capability,and provide multiple cooperation mechanisms to enhance international vision,so as to cultivate high-quality intellectual property talents with integrity and capability.
