摘　　要：高职院校既是人才培养的重要摇篮,也是知识创新的建设阵地。伴随着当前社会分工越来越细,社会对于人才也提出了更高的要求,目前高职教育正进入快速发展的关键阶段,这一时期高职教育积极推进教育教学改革,不断健全高职院校人才培养方案和培养体系。文章以高职体育运营与管理专业人才培养为切入口,探究1+X证书制度与高职体育运营与管理专业人才培养之间的契合度,并提出相应的实践参考。在研究中,主要围绕运动营养产业发展,粤港澳大湾区需求,学生就业能力提升,以体育运营与管理专业成为1+X运动营养咨询与指导中级职业技能等级证书试点为突破口,发挥1+X证书试点的联动带动价值,使高职体育运营与管理专业能够在专业建设、课程建设以及教师队伍建设上得到进步发展,并实现良好的校企合作、优势互补,使高职体育运营与管理专业在人才培养中发挥出应有价值,更好地提升职业教育质量,增强学生就业能力。Higher vocational colleges are not only the important cradle of talent training,but also the construction position of knowledge innovation.With the current social division of labor becoming more and more detailed,the society has also put forward higher requirements for talents.At present,higher vocational education is entering a critical stage of rapid development.During this period,higher vocational education actively promotes the reform of education and teaching,and constantly improves the talent training program and training system of higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the training of sports operation and management professionals in higher vocational colleges as the entry point,explores the fit between the 1+X certificate system and the training of sports operation and management professionals in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward corresponding practical references.In the study,mainly focusing on the development of sports nutrition industry,the needs of Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area,and the improvement of students'employability,the pilot program of 1+X sports nutrition consultation and guidance intermediate vocational skill level certificate for sports operation and management specialty is taken as a breakthrough,and the linkage driving value of 1+X certificate pilot program is exerted,so that the sports operation and management specialty in higher vocational colleges can make progress in specialty construction,curriculum construction,and teacher team construction,and realize good school enterprise cooperation and complementary advantages,so that the sports operation and management specialty in higher vocational colleges can play its due value in talent training,better improve the quality of vocational education,and enhance students'employability.
