摘　　要：数字经济发展时代背景下,数据成为企业的重要资产之一,数据管理能力对于企业管理决策的重要作用日益凸显。高职院校作为培养技能型、应用型人才的基地,其数据管理能力和技术运用均应站在时代前沿。然而,如何评价高职院校数据管理能力仍然是新命题。本文参考了2018年国家颁布的《数据管理能力成熟度评估模型》,针对高职院校的管理特点,构建了分层次阶梯式评价方法,分六维度29个能力项搭建了评估模型、五步式评估流程,量化评价高职院校的数据管理能力,评估结果反馈对高职院校认识和改进数据管理能力有重要指导作用。In the era of digital economy development,data has become one of the important assets of enterprises,and the important role of data management capabilities in enterprise management decision-making has become increasingly prominent.As a base for cultivating skilled and application-oriented talents,vocational colleges and universities should stand at the forefront of the times in terms of their management capabilities and technology application.However,how to evaluate the data management ability of vocational colleges is stll a new proposition.This paper refers to the“Data Management Capability Maturity Assessment Model”promulgated by the state in 2018,according to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,a hierarchical and stepped evaluation method is constructed,and the evaluation model is built for 29 ability items in six dimensions,and a five-step evaluation process is designed to quantitatively evaluate the data management ability of higher vocational colleges,and the evaluation results are fed back to help higher vocational colleges improve theirdeficiencies accordingly.
