摘 要:在地方高校转型发展的背景下,课堂教学改革虽然已经取得显著成果,但在教学理念转变、教学模式选择、教学内容处理、教学质量评价、时间与空间安排等微观方面依然存在一些问题。地方高校的教师应充分发挥课堂教学主导性作用,通过学习先进的教育教学理论,有效整合并灵活应用先进的教育教学方法,提高课堂教学质量。并且通过增加评价维度和深度,形成科学评价体系,增强教师课堂教学改革的信心,从微观做好转型发展,为社会输送应用型、创新型人才。Under the background of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities,although the classroom teaching reform has made remarkable achievements,there are still some problems in the micro aspects such as teaching concept change,teaching mode selection,teaching content processing,teaching quality evaluation,time and space arrangement.Teachers in local colleges and universities should give full play to the leading role of classroom teaching,and effectively integrate and flexibly apply advanced education and teaching methods by learning advanced education and teaching theories,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching.And by increasing the dimension and depth of evaluation,it aims to form a scientific evaluation system,enhance the confidence of teachers in classroom teaching reform,do a good job in transformation and development from the micro,and provide application-oriented and innovative talents for the society.
