摘　　要：教师角色是课堂教学效果的一个重要影响因素,教师在课堂中的角色扮演直接影响着学生的参与热情及教学目标实现程度,不同的教学模式对教师角色有不同的要求。在混合式教学模式下,教师的角色应该是先进教学理念的探索者,多元教学方法的实践者,学生自主学习的引导者,高效课堂教学的组织者,学生全过程能力提升的促进者。为此,教师需要加强信息化教学能力,提升理论水平与专业素养,建立与学生平等相待的心态。The role of teachers is an important influencing factor in the effectiveness of classroom teaching.The role of teachers in the classroom directly affects students enthusiasm for participation and the achievement of teaching goals,and different teaching modes have different requirements for the role of teachers.In the blended teaching mode,the role of the teacher should be the explorer of advanced teaching concepts,the practitioner of multiple teaching methods,the guide of students'independent learning,the organizer of efficient classroom teaching,and the promoter of students'ability improvement in the whole process.To this end,teachers need to strengthen the ability of information teaching,improve the theoretical level and professional quality,and establish a mentality of treating students as equals.
