摘 要:劳模文化蕴含着丰富的内涵与资源,将劳模文化融入高校劳动教育有利于高校劳动教育更好地回答“培养什么人”的根本问题。劳模文化融入高校劳动教育的价值意蕴为:有利于为劳动教育增添深厚的文化底蕴;有利于延展劳动教育的广度;有利于为大学生综合素养的成长赋能。劳模文化融入高校劳动教育的实践路径为:劳模文化融入课堂教学,抓实高校劳动教育的主阵地;劳模文化融入校园文化,发挥高校劳动教育的思想沁润作用;劳模文化融入大学生社会实践,拓宽高校劳动教育的空间。Model worker culture contains rich connotation and resources.Its integration into college labor education is conducive to helping college labor education better answer the fundamental question of“what kind of talent to train”.The value implication of integrating model worker culture into college labor education is as follows.Its integration is helpful to add profound cultural deposits to labor education,extend the breadth of labor education,and empower the growth of college students’comprehensive literacy.The practice path of integrating model worker culture into college labor education includes its integration into classroom teaching which is the main position of college labor education,its integration into the campus culture to play its role in ideological and value education and its integration into the social practice of college students to broaden the space of labor education in colleges.
