摘　　要：“穿上白大衣,我们就是战士”。医生的使命感神圣而隆重。培养合格的医学生作为坚强的后备军任重而道远。五年制与三年制高职院校生是我国医疗机构尤其是基层医疗机构的后备军,健康中国的实现需要更多有责任心的基层医务工作者,但高职院校学生由于专业特殊性、综合素质、特殊年龄段心理特征等原因,学校更需注重职业素养、心理素质、实践能力的综合素质培养。“Wearing white coats,we are soldiers.” Under the current COVID-19 pandemic,countless medical workers are going against the tide to protect the health of patients despite the risk of infection or even death.The doctor's sense of mission is sacred and solemn.Therefore,it is still a long way to train qualified medical students as a strong reserve army.The five-year and three-year higher vocational colleges are reserve force of medical institutions,especially the grassroots medical institutions in our country,the realization of the health of China need more conscientious grassroots medical workers,but due to the higher vocational colleges professional particularity,comprehensive quality,psychological characteristics,the special age and so on,colleges needs to pay more attention to train professional quality,psychological quality,more comprehensive quality training practical ability.
