摘　　要：通过“员工行为准则”的建立和完善,G公司及系统单位进一步增强了员工遵纪守法的自觉性,保障了企业规章制度和企业生产经营秩序的有序执行。G公司既通过“员工行为准则”的约束性条款,让员工明晰从业的红线和底线,又通过指导性条款,形成团结协作、积极向上的执业氛围,并通过相关配套制度,做到“戴好紧箍咒,装好释压阀”。Through the establishment and improvement of the"staff code of conduct",G company and the subsidiaries further increase the consciousness of the employees to obey the law and ensure orderly implementation of enterprise regulations,production and operations management.G company is not only using binding provisions of"staff code of conduct"to make the employees clear the red line and the bottom line of the industry,but also using the guiding provisions to form an united and positive workplace atmosphere.It is also using the relevant regulations,so as to"wear the magic spell,install the pressure relief valve".
