摘  要:为研究HX_(D)2C型电力机车车钩钩尾框异常磨耗现象,基于现场调研和列车跟踪测试,通过监测重联机车在运行过程中车钩及钩尾框的状态,即测量车钩受力状态,车钩垂向、横向摆角,车钩垂向位移以及视频监控前从板-预压板与钩尾框之间的间隙情况,选取13处典型时段的列车测试及运行数据,分析钩尾框发生异常磨耗原因及改进措施。研究结果表明:钩尾框的异常磨耗现象与重联机车车钩初始钩高差、车钩运动姿态、线路条件和列车不同操纵工况下的缓冲装置持续受力状态有关;通过在前从板-预压板与钩尾框之间涂抹润滑剂,焊接限位块或者减小钩尾框框身与车钩箱顶部限位板之间的间隙等措施,可避免前从板-预压板与钩尾框产生直接接触,达到抑制钩尾框异常磨耗的目的。In order to study the abnormal wear of coupler yokes in HX_(D)2C electric locomotive,field investigation and train tracking test are adopted in this paper.By monitoring the state of coupler and coupler yokes during the operation of double-headed locomotives,that is to measure the stress state,vertical and lateral swing angles,vertical displacement of the coupler,as well as video monitor the clearance between the front plate-preloaded plate and coupler yoke.The cause of abnormal wear of coupler yokes and its improvement measures are analyzed by selecting the test and operation data of thirteen typical periods.The results show that the abnormal wear of coupler yokes is related to the initial height difference and movement attitude of the coupler,the line conditions,and the continuous stress state of the buffer device under different operating conditions of the train.The following measures,such as,applying lubricant between the front plate-preloaded plate and coupler yoke,welding the limit block or reducing the gap between the frame body of coupler yoke and the top limit block of coupler body,etc.,can be taken to avoid direct contact between the front plate-preloaded plate and coupler yoke,so as to restrain the abnormal wear of coupler yokes.
