摘　　要：太极拳运动蕴含着丰富的中国文化内涵,而高校太极拳教学的开展,对于文化自信的培养和弘扬具有重要的现实意义。基于此,本文首先分析了高校太极拳教学中文化自信融入的重要价值,之后分别从丰富太极拳教学内容、创新太极拳教学模式、强化太极拳教学师资队伍、重视太极拳文化品牌打造几个方面提出了高校太极拳教学中文化自信融入的路径。Taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)contains rich cultural connotation.The development of taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities is helpful for the cultivation and promotion of cultural confidence.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the important value of cultural confidence in the teaching of taijiquan in colleges and universities,and then proposes the way for integrating cultural confidence with taijiquan teaching in universities,such as enriching teaching content,innovating teaching mode,strengthening teachers and building taijiquan cultural brand.
