摘 要:目的 分析模拟教育分层应用模式在康复医学临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月至2022年6月在郑州大学附属郑州中心医院骨科康复科实习的60名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组。对照组接受传统教学方式进行授课教学,试验组接受模拟教育分层应用模式进行教学,培训结束后对两组学员的理论知识考核情况、临床技能操作考核情况以及对教学效果的调查问卷进行比较。结果 培训后试验组学生理论知识得分及临床技能操作得分优于对照组(P<0.05),教学模式体验、教学效果、知识掌握程度、临床实践能力、医患沟通能力、临床思维能力6个维度教学评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 模拟教育分层应用模式可提高康复医学生的理论及技能考核成绩和教学效果评价,提高课堂教学效果。Objective To analyze the application effect of simulated education layered application model in clinical practice teaching of rehabilitation medicine.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate students in the Department of Orthopedic Rehabilitation of Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from June 2021 to June 2022 were collected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The control group accepted traditional teaching methods for teaching,and the experimental group accepted the simulated education layered application model for teaching.After the training,the two groups of students were compared in the assessment of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operation and the questionnaire of teaching effect.Results After training,the scores of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The teaching scores of the students in the experimental group on the six dimensions of teaching mode experience,teaching effect,knowledge mastery,clinical practice ability,doctor-patient communication ability and clinical thinking ability were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The simulation education layered application model can improve the theory and skill assessment results and teaching effect evaluation of rehabilitation medical students,and improve the classroom teaching effect.
