摘  要:绿色发展的背景下,装配式施工技术给建筑工程的技术革新提供新思路,室内装配式施工也因此应运而生。基于建筑装配式施工技术,以可持续发展既有理论及实践为基础,以室内装修装配式木制品为主要剖析对象,提出室内装配式施工技术运用范围,分析探讨了影响装配式施工可持续发展的利弊因素。由浅入深、由理论结合实践,从拆单、现场和效果控制三方面总结提炼出促进室内装配式技术可持续发展的策略,并提供管理人员、技术人员及市场3条路径以促进可持续发展策略的实施,旨在为相关从业人员提供经验指导,进而推动各企业装配式施工技术可持续性发展策略的顺利实现。Under the background of green development,prefabricated construction technology provides new ideas for technological innovation in construction projects.Interior assembled construction also came into being.Took the prefabricated wood products of interior decoration as the main analysis object,the scope of application of interior assembled construction technology was proposed based on the assembled construction technology of buildings and the existing theory and practice of sustainable development.The advantages and disadvantages of the sustainable development of prefabricated construction were analyzed and discussed.The strategy to promote the sustainable development of indoor assembly technology were summarized and extracted in aspects of single splitting,on-site,and effect control by integrating theory with practice.Three paths including management,technical personnel,and market were illustrated to promote the implementation of sustainable development strategy.The research aims to provide experience guidance for relevant practitioners,and then promote the smooth realization of the sustainable development strategy of prefabricated construction technology in various enterprises.
