“优质示范”高中办学现状审思——基于河北省三所高中的考察

摘  要:河北省“优质示范”高中其鲜明的办学理念、丰富的校园文化、精细的教育管理、优异的办学成绩是河北省高中素质教育发展的标杆。但同时这些“优质示范”高中也隐匿着功利化办学行为、僵化的学校管理、繁重的题海训练、失衡的身心健康等应试教育的顽疾问题。对此,需要从完善高考教育与人才培养机制,全力落实立德树人根本任务,强化学校师资队伍管理,全面推进素质教育教学实践等方面进行改革。“High Quality Demonstration”high schools in Hebei Province are the benchmark for the development of quality education in senior high schools in Hebei province,with their distinctive school-running philosophy,rich campus culture,fine educational management and excellent school-running performance.But at the same time,these High quality demonstration high schools also conceal the stubborn problems of exam-oriented education,such as utilitarian school behavior,rigid school management,heavy training,and imbalanced physical and mental health.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out reforms in improving the mechanism of college entrance examination education and talent cultivation,fully implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,strengthening the management of school teaching staff,and comprehensively promoting the practice of quality education teaching.
