摘 要:目的探讨分析某银行新入职员工明尼苏达多相人格测验(MMPI)结果,对比分析其与全国常模、新入职医护人员以及入伍新兵的心理测评结果差异。方法使用MMPI对某银行新入职的255名员工进行测评,使用独立样本t检验的方法比较其与全国常模以及新入职医护人员、入伍新兵测评结果的差异。结果女性受试者MMPI男女性化(Mf)子量表评分高于男性受试者(P<0.01),女性精神分裂症(Sc)、轻躁狂(Ma)以及伪装(F)子量表评分均低于男性(P<0.01)。男性全国常模和男性大学文凭常模MMPI谎言(L)、防御(K)两个效度量表评分均低于男性受试者(P<0.01),其他10个分量表评分全国常模均高于男性受试者(P<0.01)。女性全国常模和女性大学文凭常模MMPI谎言(L)、防御(K)以及男女性化(Mf)分量表量表评分均低于女性受试者(P<0.01),其他9个分量表评分均高于女性受试者(P<0.05)。男性受试者MMPI谎言(L)、防御(K)子量表评分均高于男性新入职医护人员(P<0.01),疑病(Hs)、抑郁(D)、癔病(Hy)、精神病态(Pd)、妄想(Pa)、精神衰弱(Pt)子量表评分均低于男性新入职医护人员(P<0.05)。女性受试者MMPI谎言(L)、防御(K)子量表评分均高于女性新入职医护人员(P<0.01),其他各子量表评分均低于女性新入职医护人员(P<0.05)。男性受试者MMPI除男女性化(Mf)外其余各分量表评分均低于入伍新兵(P<0.01)。结论1985年制定的MMPI常模标准与某银行入职员工的测评存在显著差异,新入职医护人员、入伍新兵与银行入职员工在相同维度显著性差异不同,随着时代变迁,有必要针对不同行业进行常模修订。Objective The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI)has been used in China for 37 years.However,it is unclear whether the norms established for the general population are applicable to new employees of a bank and whether there are differences in psychological dimensions among new employees in various industries.This study aims to analyze the MMPI results of new bank employees,comparing the differences between different genders and contrasting them with national norms,as well as the psychological evaluation results of newly recruited medical staffs and enlisted military servicemen.Methods A total of 255 new employees(106 males and 149 females)aged 22~23 years old from a bank were assessed with MMPI,which includes 10 clinical scales and 3 validity scales.Prior to the assessment,relevant personnel received standardized training.During the evaluation,a unified electronic questionnaire was used,and assessments were performed under unified conditions.Any invalid scales were identified by a psychiatrist and required to be re-answered by the respondents.Differences in subscale scores of MMPI between different genders were compared.Differences in subscale scores of MMPI between subjects of this study and national norms in 1985,between subjects of this study and newly recruited medical staffs,as well as between subjects of this study and newly enlisted military servicemen were also compared.Data were analyzed using the open-source R software,and independent sample t-tests were employed to verify the statistical significance of differences,with a significance level set at P<0.05.Results Female subjects in this study scored significantly higher than males in the Male-Female(Mf)subscale of MMPI(P<0.01).Females scored significantly lower than males in the subscales of Schizophrenia(Sc),Hypomania(Ma),and Faking(F)of MMPI(P<0.01).In the comparison with national norms and college graduate norms,male subjects in this study scored significantly higher on the Lie(L)and Defensiveness(K)validity scales(P<0.01),and scored si
