摘  要:目的探讨本科护生隐性逃课的潜在类别及特征,分析不同类别的影响因素,为实施针对性干预措施提供依据。方法便利抽取687名本科护生,采用大学生隐性逃课量表、学习动机问卷、学业倦怠量表和大学生自我控制量表进行横断面调查。运用潜在剖面分析识别本科护生隐性逃课的潜在类别,采用决策树模型探索不同类别的核心影响因素。结果本科护生隐性逃课分为3个潜在类别,分别为:适应不良型(37.0%)、认知偏差型(40.2%)和深度逃课型(22.8%)。学习动机、学业倦怠、自我控制为本科护生隐性逃课潜在剖面分类的影响因素,学习动机位于决策树模型根节点。结论本科护生隐性逃课分为3个类别,学习动机是不同类别的核心影响因素,通过构建以学习动机为核心的干预方案,可提高护理专业教学质量。Objective To identify the potential categories of recessive truancy among nursing undergraduates and analyze the core determinants of different categories,and to provide the reference for intervention measures.Methods By convenience sampling,687 nursing undergraduates were recruited.The Recessive Truancy Scale,Learning Motivation Scale,Learning Burnout Scale and Self-control Scale were utilized to collect data.Latent profile analysis was used to identify the potential categories,and decision tree model was used to explore the core influencing factors of different categories.Results Three potential categories of recessive truancy were identified as follows:maladaptive type(37.0%),cognitive bias type(40.2%)and deep truancy type(22.8%).Learning motivation,learning burnout and self-control could predict the potential categories,and learning motivation lay at the root node of decision tree model.Conclusion There are 3 potential categories of recessive truancy among nursing undergraduates,and learning motivation is the core influencing factor.An intervention program centering on learning motivation can improve the nursing teaching quality.
