情感关怀理论视角下中小学道德教育模式的异化与匡正

摘  要:道德教育担负着贯彻立德树人和推进教育公平的时代使命。然而,由于功利主义与唯分数论教育模式根深蒂固,使得教育者对学生道德教育与人格培养的重视程度不足,缺乏对学生的人文关怀。鉴于此,文章基于诺丁斯倡导的情感关怀理论,以榜样、对话、实践和求证为途径,力求对以灌输美德为主的传统道德教育模式的异化进行匡正,实现建立在关心与尊重基础上的新型道德教育模式。Moral education bears the mission of“fostering virtue and cultivating people”and promoting educational equity.However,due to the deep rooted utilitarianism and score oriented education modes,educators place insufficient emphasis on students’moral education and personality development,and lack humanistic care for students.In view of this,based on the theory of emotional care advocated by Noddings,this paper tries to correct the alienation of the traditional moral education mode which is mainly centered on instilling virtue by means of examples,dialogues,practice and verification,and realize a new moral education mode based on care and respect.
