摘　　要：构建科学合理的管理评价方法对提升大型仪器开放共享水平和运行效率具有重要的意义。目前的大型仪器管理评价方法多从静态、横向评价方法入手构建评价模型,忽略了设备管理的动态性和变化性。为此将大型仪器服役阶段分为试用期、成长期、平稳期和衰退期4个阶段,根据不同阶段特点量化其共享能力以及不同生命周期阶段的服务共享能力,采用层次分析法计算不同管理因素的权重,构建多维度、动态变化的大型仪器管理评价模型,并将评价方法进行规范化和流程化。在此基础上,学校对大型仪器管理动态评价体系的实用性和科学性进行验证分析,结果表明,该评价模型可多维度评价大型仪器管理工作,为仪器设备的管理和使用提供有效参考。The construction of scientific and reasonable performance evaluation model of large instruments sharing has important practical significance for the benign development of open and sharing work.The current evaluation uses static and horizontal evaluation methods,and ignores the dynamic and changing nature.In this paper,the service of large instruments is comprehensively divided into four stages,i.e.,probation period,growth period,stable period and decline period.In different life cycle stages,based on the dynamic life quantization method and analytic hierarchy process,a multi-dimensional and dynamic change of large instrument sharing evaluation model is constructed,and the model is verified and analyzed based on the actual shared data of Hohai University.The evaluation model provides a more reasonable implementation process for improving the management ability and use benefit of instruments and equipment.
