摘  要:随着近年来我国经济水平的不断攀升,企业对专业人才的综合能力需求越来越高,企业的生产管理与发展等需要更高综合能力和技术水平的专业人才,应用型技术技能人才在企业中的需求不断提高。解决高质量发展过程中对专业人才需求的根本方法是本科层次的职业人才培养,更是职业教育体系科学、创新发展的关键措施。多元开放、协调发展的专本衔接是职业教育的必然之路。综上所述,应用型高校在“双高”背景下正处于衔接专业技术人才走向更高水平、高层次的时代节点,因此,本文将以汽车服务工程专业为例,研究“2+0”专升本专业人才培养模式的创新与实施。With the continuous improvement of China's economic level in recent years,the demand for comprehensive ability of professional talents in enterprises is getting higher and higher,and the production management and development of enterprises need professionals with higher comprehensive ability and technical level,and the demand for application-oriented technical skills talents in enterprises is constantly increasing.The fundamental way to solve the demand for professional talents in the process of high-quality development is the cultivation of vocational talents at the undergraduate level,and it is also a key measure for the scientific and innovative development of the vocational education system.The connection of diversified,open and coordinated development of special books is the inevitable way of vocational education.To sum up,application-oriented universities are in the era of connecting professional and technical talents to a higher level and high level under the background of"double high",so this paper will take the automotive service engineering major as an example to study the innovation and implementation of the"2+0"professional talent training model.
