摘　　要：高校落实立德树人根本任务是办好人民满意的高等教育和实施人才强国战略的根本途径。立德树人内蕴中华优秀传统教育理念,中华优秀传统教育理念与新时代教育工作的融合统一彰显了中华民族的时代精神。伟大创造精神、伟大奋斗精神、伟大团结精神、伟大梦想精神,是立德树人在教育实践中需要落实的核心内容。The virtue and talent cultivation of universities or colleges is a fundamental path for satisfying the general public's demand of higher education and implementing the strategy of strengthening the nation by means of talent.It embodies the excellent traditional Chinese educational concepts,and the integration and unity of excellent traditional Chinese educational concepts and new era's education work highlights the era spirit of Chinese nation.The great creation spirit,the great struggle spirit,the great unity spirit and the great dream spirit are the core contents for virtue and talent cultivation in educational practice.
