摘 要:农村教学点是我国教育系统最薄弱的组成部分,为偏远地区儿童就近入学接受义务教育提供基本保障。农村教学点先天处于弱势地位,发展很不均衡、不充分。信息技术是破解农村教学点发展困境的重要力量。农村教学点30年来信息化演变呈现出清晰的政策逻辑和实践路径。研究发现:政策方面,农村教学点信息化演进经历了起步、发展、提升、新探索四个明显阶段,信息化政策遵循“有起来、用起来、好起来和强起来”的发展逻辑;实践方面,遵循以教育教学需求和问题为导向,以国家工程项目为信息化发展的推手,经历了从资源共享、资源优化到智力流转的资源供给路径,以及从设备和资源全覆盖到应用全融合的实践路径。研究认为:未来农村教学点信息化政策应该是围绕创新,旨在塑造学校教育新生态的发展逻辑;实践应用上呈现出技术赋能增效、“人技共生”的协同趋势。Primary schools in rural areas are the weakest part of China's education system,though they are offering children in remote rural villages access to fundamental schooling guarantee of compulsory education.Rural primary schools are faced with difficulties and have certain weaknesses in schooling,and therefore their development has been unbalanced and insufficient.In this case,information technology becomes an important force to solve the development dilemma of rural primary schools.The informatization evolution of rural primary schools in the past 30 years presents a clear policy logic and practical path.It is found that in terms of policy implementaion,the evolution of informatization in rural primary schools has undergone four obvious stages of initiating,developing,promoting and new exploring,which follows the logic of policy development of “having the devices,using them,and making them better serve the education purpose”.In terms of pragamatic uses,the informatization in rural primary schools is oriented by the needs and problems of education and teaching,and driven by national engineering projects.It has experienced the resource supply path from “resource sharing”and “resource optimization” to “intellectual circulation”,and also the practical path from “full coverage” of equipment and resources to “full integration” of application.The research holds that the informatization policy of rural primary schools in the future should focus on the development logic of “innovation” aimed at shaping the new ecology of school education.In practical applications,there shall be a synergistic trend of technology empowerment and efficiency enhancement,displaying the new trend of “human-technology symbiosis”.
