医案对中医临床思维能力培养的作用与研习方法

摘　　要：医案学习在中医医师培养过程中必不可少,而中医医案学习需首重医家临床思维。此文通过探讨研习医案对中医临床思维能力培养的作用,提出研习中医医案的四个结合方法:精读与泛读结合、古案与今案结合、行与思结合、传承与创新结合。重视古今医案学习方法,将对中医临床思维的训练起到事半功倍的作用。The study of medical record is necessary in the training of traditional Chinese medicine doctors,and the traditional Chinese medicine case study should emphasize the clinical thinking of doctors first.This paper discussed the effect of medical records on the training of clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine,four methods of combination of intensive reading and extensive reading,combination of ancient and modern cases,combination of action and thinking,combination of inheritance and innovation.Attaching importance to the learning methods of ancient and modern medical records will play a multiplier role in the training of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thinking.
