摘　　要：“双轨合一”模式要求针推专业硕士研究生在繁重的临床轮转过程中完成学位论文的科研设计与实施,而大学与规培医院分属两地,故采取双导师制指导学生。然而学生、临床导师、学术导师三者之间缺乏有效的沟通交流,使研究生培养质量不尽如人意。因此,华北理工大学针灸推拿学专业通过在落实学生定位、确立培养目标、构建课程体系、确定教学策略、评价学习结果等方面修订成果导向教育(OBE)与双轨合一模式下针推专业硕士研究生培养方案,并建立双导师沟通-协作机制,加强校院双重监管及激励,为培养高水平针灸推拿学专业临床技术人才奠定基础。Under the mode of“dual track unity”,the professional postgraduate students of acupuncture and tuina major are required to complete the scientific research design and implementation of their dissertation in the process of the standardized training of resident physician.At the same time,the university and the standardized training hospital belong to two places,and the dual tutorial system is adopted.However,there is a lack of effective communication among students,clinical tutors and academic tutors,and the quality of postgraduate training faces great challenges.Therefore,acupuncture and tuina major of North China University of Science and Technology has revised the training program of outcomes-based education(OBE)and the dual-track model under the combination of implementing student positioning,establishing training objectives,constructing curriculum system,determining teaching strategies,and evaluating learning results,and established a dual-tutor communication and cooperation mechanism to strengthen the dual supervision and incentive of the university High level acupuncture and massage professional clinical technical personnel to lay the foundation.
