摘  要:李(Prunus salicina Lindl.)属于蔷薇科李属落叶植物,栽培历史悠久,我国是李种植面积和年产量最大的国家[1]。近年来,随着李树种植面积的扩大,叶枯病的发生日趋严重[2];发病初期,在叶尖或叶缘形成褪绿的小斑点,并逐渐扩大形成灰褐色不规则病斑,后期叶片出现大面积深褐色病斑,最终导致叶片枯死脱落(图1-A、B)。To identify the pathogen responsible for leaf blight of plum in Meishan and Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province,six diseased leaf samples were collected and 11 Fusarium-like isolates were obtained.The results of morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses with internal transcribed spacer(ITS),calmodulin(CAM)and translation elongation factor-1α(TEF-1α)showed that these isolates classified into three groups,Fusarium sulawesiense(36.36%),F.pernambucanum(36.36%),and F.citri(27.28%).Further pathogenicity tests were performed using three isolates TEY9-2,TEY12-2,and TEY10A-3,each representing one of the Fusarium species and all of the test isolates could cause the same symptoms of leaf blight on plum under wounded conditions in which F.citri is the first report causing leaf blight on plum in China.
