摘  要:文章运用文献法、归纳法阐述了“三全育人”机制的内涵与意义,在总结当前高校“三全育人”机制存在问题的基础上,以立德树人文章为目标提出了相应的完善途径,以期推动高等教育事业的可持续发展,为国家培养全面发展的高素质人才。Using literature review and induction methods,this paper elucidates the connotation and significance of the“Three-pronged Education”mechanism.Based on summarizing the existing problems in the“Three-pronged Education”mechanism in universities,this paper proposes corresponding improvement methods with the goal of moral education.These methods include strengthening the moral construction of the education team to form a joint educational effort,enhancing family education to achieve coordination between home and school,improving the connection between educational stages,perfecting the ideological and political theory course system,and building a campus culture environment with moral education as a priority.
