摘 要:近年来,我国的竞技体育水平蒸蒸日上,网球作为一种竞技性运动,受到了国人的重点关注。健康、合理的饮食营养能保障网球运动员在比赛和训练中拥有充沛的体能,稳定发挥自身的竞技水平。因此,在网球训练的过程中,合理营养膳食对运动员来说至关重要。本文通过分析网球运动员的能量代谢特征,对网球运动员的日常合理饮食提出相关建议。In recent years,the level of competitive sports in China has been thriving,and tennis,as a competitive sport,has received significant attention from the Chinese people.A healthy and reasonable diet and nutrition can ensure that tennis players have abundant physical fitness during matches and training,and can stably play to their competitive level.Therefore,in the process of tennis training,a reasonable and nutritious diet is crucial for athletes.This article analyzes the energy metabolism characteristics of tennis players and provides relevant suggestions for their daily and reasonable diet.
