摘  要:为解决现有教学实验装置开放性差,编程过于复杂以及信号检测难等问题,设计一种基于Arduino与Simulink的直流减速电机控制器。该控制器融合了系统模型的工程设计(MBD)理念,涉及单片机、系统建模、微型电机、自动控制等技术。硬件系统以Arduino单片机平台为控制核心,配有编码器、驱动器、输入/输出等接口;软件系统以Simulink作为实验装置软件开发平台,具备算法设计、仿真、执行、数据实时观测等功能,采用限幅式增量PID控制算法在负载变化的情况下对直流电机进行速度控制,并分析理论控制量与实际PWM控制的区别与联系,实验效果可达到设计要求。整个软硬件系统具有开放性好、实现快捷、安全可靠、成本低等特点,可以完成电机控制等多种算法验证,能够满足新工科人才教学培养与科研需求。A DC motor controller based on Arduino and Simulink is designed to solve the problems of poor openness,complicated programming and difficult signal detection of the existing teaching experimental equipment.The Model-Based Design(MBD)concept is integrated in the controller,involving single-chip microcomputer,system modeling,micro-motor,automatic control and other technologies.The hardware system includes Arduino,encoder,driver,input/output and other interfaces.In the software system,Simulink is used as the software development platform of the experimental device.It has the functions of algorithm design,simulation,execution,real-time data observation and so on.The limiting incremental PID control algorithm is used to control the speed of the DC motor under the condition of load change,the difference and connection between the theoretical control and the actual PWM control are analyzed,and the experimental results meet the design requirements.The whole hardware and software system has the characteristics of good openness,fast implementation,safety and reliability,low cost,and a variety of algorithm verification such as motor control can be completed by using the system,by which the needs of teaching,training and scientific research of new engineering talents can be met.
