摘  要:磁流变减振器具有响应快、环境稳健特性、力容量大、功耗低、电子输入和机械输出接口简单等优良的动态特性,因此在半主动振动控制方面具有出色的能力。磁流变减振器以其独特的优点,在振动控制的各个领域得到了广泛的应用。不同的领域由于各自的要求不同,结构有很大的差异,从而产生了大量的磁流变减振器。了解产品的类型、技术特点、综合性能、发展趋势及其对结构的依赖性,非常有利于创新开发和市场选择。介绍了磁流变液减振器的工作原理及几个基本结构设计问题。根据磁流变液缸和磁流变液控制阀的布置形式,对典型的磁流变减振器进行了讨论总结。Magnetorheological damper has excellent dynamic characteristics such as fast response,environmental robustness,large force capacity,low power consumption,simple electronic input and mechanical output interface,so it has excellent ability in semi-active vibration control.Magnetorheological dampers have been widely used in various fields of vibration control due to their unique advantages.Due to their respective requirements in different fields,the structure is very different,resulting in a large number of magnetorheological dampers.Understanding the type of product,technical characteristics,comprehensive performance,development trend and its dependence on structure is very conducive to innovative development and market selection.The working principle of magnetorheological fluid damper is introduced,and several basic structural design problems are introduced.According to the arrangement of the magnetorheological fluid cylinder and magnetorheological fluid control valve,the typical magnetorheological damper is discussed and summarized.
