摘 要:破解新时代师德建设的难题与困局,亟需对师德建设进行根本性反思,对师德建设“建什么”“怎么建”等基点问题做以重新审视。首先,新时代师德建设“建什么”应突出强调“教师德性”这一取向选择,它既具有合逻辑的理论合法性,又契合事物发展内外因关系规律,亦有利于打破当前师德建设过于侧重规范制定的不平衡局面;其次,新时代师德建设“建什么”的内容框定应坚持教师理想信念、伦理操守、个人修养三位一体;最后,“主体建构”是新时代师德建设“怎么建”的适切路径,具体而言可从唤醒教师的主体建构意识、提升教师的主体建构能力、供给教师的主体建构资源三个方面着手。To solve the bottlenecked problems of teachers'morality construction in the New Era,it is urgent to rethink teachers'morality construction,and re-examine the basic of“what”and“how”in teachers'morality construction.First of all,the“what to construct”in the New Era should highlight the orientation of“teachers'virtue”,which not only has logical theoretical legitimacy,but also conforms to the internal and external causes of the development of things,and is conducive to breaking the current unbalanced situation of teachers'morality construction focusing too much on the formulation of norms.Secondly,the content frame of“what to construct”in the New Era should adhere to the trinity of teachers'ideals and beliefs,ethics and personal cultivation;Finally,“subject construction”is the appropriate way to“how to construct”in the New Era.Specifically,it can be started from three aspects:awakening teachers'consciousness of subject construction,enhancing teachers'ability of subject construction,and providing teachers with resources of subject construction.
