摘  要:构建以目标导向为中介变量的心理资本对高职生就业绩效的影响机制Ⅰ,就业绩效分为过程绩效和结果绩效,两者在就业过程中有前后影响的关系。在探讨就业绩效一阶变量模型的基础上,构建了“心理资本—目标导向—过程绩效—结果绩效”的链式中介效应的影响机制Ⅱ。以近五年毕业的276名高职生为研究对象,采用成熟的心理资本、目标导向和就业绩效成熟量表,运用SPSS22.0和AMOS26.0进行验证性因子分析、相关分析、假设检验等实证分析。结果表明,目标导向在心理资本与就业绩效间起中介作用;过程绩效对结果绩效有显著正向影响;目标导向和过程绩效不仅在心理资本与结果绩效间分别起单独中介作用,而且存在链式中介作用。It constructed the influence mechanism I of psychological capital on the employment performance of higher vocational students with goal-oriented played as mediating effect.Employment performance can be divided into process performance and result performance,which have a pre-and post-impact relationship in the employment process.Therefore,on the basis of exploring the first-order variable model of employment performance,it constructed the second influence mechanism of“psychological capital-goal-oriented-process performance-result performance”chain mediation effect.Then,276 higher vocational students who graduated in the past five years were selected as the research objects,using mature psychological capital,goal orientation and employment performance maturity scale,and it carried out empirical analyses including confirmatory factor analysis,correlation analysis,hypothesis testing by SPSS22.0 and AMOS26.0.The results showed that goal orientation played mediating role in the relationship between psychological capital and employment performance;process performance had a significant positive effect on outcome performance;goal orientation and process performance not only played separate mediating roles between psychological capital and outcome performance,but also had chain mediating roles.
